The Stevenson Business Administration program prepares students for a career requiring an understanding of business functions and the ability to integrate and coordinate them.  The program's goals are to provide graduates with the knowledge, skills, critical thinking ability, and technological competence essential to business decision-making, conducting research, analyzing information, and communicating effectively.  This will assist graduates in assuming contemporary careers in the local, national, and global business and not-for-profit environments.

As a student in this major, you may choose to develop a specialization in a particular business function by selecting elective courses that enhance your skills in that area.  these career-focused tracks will allow you to customize your degree based on your goals and interests.  The tracks include:

  • Accounting
  • Economics
  • Information Systems
  • Management
  • Marketing

Students may choose to earn both a bachelor's degree in business and a master's degree in one of our business-related graduate programs by participating in the five-year BS/MS Degree Option. For adult students wishing to pursue a bachelor's degree, the Business Administration major is also offered in an accelerated format.
